Getting to know ourselves and being curious as to why we may behave

as we do can ultimately help us to improve our relationships, make clearer decisions and feel

more confident and optimistic.

Some of the issues I can help with include: relationships, bereavement/loss, trauma,

self esteem/confidence, depression, anxiety, stress, abuse issues, meaning and purpose.

Issues faced by young people including self harming, bullying and eating disorders.

I am happy to undertake short and long term work.

I have both daytime and  early evening appointments available.

A warm welcome to my website offering a counselling service in central

St Albans for individuals and couples.  I am currently offering sessions face-to-face,

by zoom or telephone.

I have a safe, supportive and confidential space (with convenient off road parking)

at my home.  Here we can safely meet and together explore difficulties

that you may be experiencing.

In life we may find ourselves stuck at a crossroad and find it difficult to move on.

This can prevent us from enjoying our lives and relationships to the full, holding

us back and often consuming much of our thoughts.

Taking time out to focus on ourselves, our relationships and feelings can enable us to go

forward free from some of the pain and angst we may have been carrying.
